As I previously explained how to upgrade normal blogspot sub domain to TLD domain. Today I will show you how to redirect non www to proper www TLD for blogspot.
I will suggest you to register your domain with godaddy.com because their system is very simplified and godaddy is the biggest domain registrar in the world. So let's get start it.
First login in your godaddy.com account and click on my account(top left corner).
Under products tab->domains click on launch.
Now click on your blogspot TLD(Top Level Domain).
Now under Domain Information scroll it down.
And click on manage button of Forwarding section.
